At These Tiny Dimensions, we believe you already have the answers you seek. Our one-on-one life coaching sessions are designed to help you unlock the skills you already possess. Through intuitive questions and a structured framework, your coach will guide you in exploring your unique strengths and experiences.

Together, we'll transform your insights into tangible, actionable life skills. We'll start with brainstorming sessions and then refine those ideas into practical steps you can apply immediately. Over time, these foundational skills will build upon each other, creating a powerful set of tools for navigating life's challenges and achieving your goals.

What to Expect from Future Sessions

All sessions are held on Google Meet and last 45 minutes. The additional 15 minutes reserved after each meeting is for your coach to review notes, email you with a session summary as required, and prepare for his next client. After your intake session, we recommend booking an initial series of three to five sessions to gain the most momentum. This allows both you and your coach to build a strong rapport and establish a foundation for your progress. Over these initial sessions, you will:

• Uncover Your Potential: Become more self-reliant and gain more job and life satisfaction.

While your coach brings over 40 years of related experience and a keen ability to ask the right questions, we understand that meaningful change takes time. The initial sessions are about building trust and comfort, allowing us to delve deeper into your personal development at the right pace. We'll work together to find the clarity you need to move forward.
